My daughter bought her first home with Renee and it was a wonderful experience. Alexa found the house she wanted to bid on, contacted Renee first thing in the morning, Renee rushed to the house to do a video tour with her and by 11am the contract was complete. We couldn't of been happier!

Renee was very professional in her vast knowledge of the local areas of Lubbock and a few outlying towns. She responded immediately to our every question and provided to all of our needs. When she was unavailable she always left us with another excellent agent and was always a phone call away. She negotiated a very savvy deal with the sellers that left all parties satisfied in receiving what they wanted. We were her first on-line buyers having never seen the property prior to making an offer Renee was able to lead us with great communication and negotiating skills. We will continue to use Renee's knowledge of the area on into the future. It was a satisfying experience and would not hesitate to refer Renee to anyone with real estate needs.

Renee was very helpful with our purchase even though we did not get to walk the house before closing. We were able to get all aspects of the sale set up electronically and have our children preview the house with Renee. We showed up on closing day signed all of the papers and was done in about an hour. Big Thanks to Renee!

Renee is awesome, and words nor a standardized survey really do her level of customer service justice. We met Renee in January of 2015, and she became our realtor. We closed our final deal in April of 2016 and Renee is our friend as well as our realtor. We experienced a few unfortunate occurrences along the way, and Renee was always right there to provide reassurance and guidance. No matter what unexpected surprise greeted us, Renee had been there, done that and we got through it. We are so lucky to have had her on our team; everything worked out just as it was intended. I have said this before, but we hope to not be in the market for a very long time, but if we are, Renee will be our first call.
